Order cancellation can only be processed if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with our product, we are happy to accept returns and issue a refund under the following conditions.

 

Notification:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Condition:

The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

-You agree to bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

-Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process your refund.

 

Exchange Policy:

 

If you receive a damaged product, we will exchange it under the following conditions:

-You must contact FlowJoy within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing us at flowjoymerc@flowjoy.in

-Please include pictures to support your claim.

 

Assessment:

-If it is concluded by FlowJoy that the damage was due to user handling or storage, we may agree to replace or repair the product at additional costs to the user/customer.

-The shipping cost for returns will also be borne by the user/customer.Please note that the determination by FlowJoy regarding the cause of the damage/defect will be final and binding.
