COD Terms & Conditions

1. Payment at Delivery

  • Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Delivery agents may not carry change.

  • Only cash payments will be accepted; cheques, demand drafts, or foreign currency are not allowed7.

  • In select locations, digital payment options (e.g., UPI) may be available at the time of delivery.

2. Cancellation and Non-Acceptance

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations or refusals will incur a return shipping fee of ₹100, which may be charged to the customer.

  • Frequent cancellations or refusals may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

3. Return to Origin (RTO) and Refunds

  • If a COD order is returned due to non-acceptance, Flowjoy reserves the right to recover shipping and handling costs from the customer.

  • Refunds for returned COD orders (due to damage or dissatisfaction) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Fraud Prevention

  • Flowjoy may limit the number of active COD orders per customer and may block accounts with a history of fake orders or frequent refusals.

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent activity or misuse of the COD facility.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • For any disputes related to COD payments or deliveries, please contact us. All disputes will be addressed within 3 business days.

6. Additional Charges

  • Flowjoy may levy a nominal COD handling fee, which will be communicated at checkout (if applicable).

7. General

  • By choosing COD, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Flowjoy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice

NOTE :Please note that Cash on Delivery (Pay on Delivery) is only applicable in India.

For orders outside the country who are trying to place order on www.flowjoy.in will not be eligble on Free delivery.

Customers will need to contact Flowjoy who are not in India and want to place a Cash on Delivery order from their respective 

​

Delivery fees is different for differnt regions.and it is subjected to the courier pre annotated weigh module.
